The Data Protection Regulation protects the privacy and rights of individuals, which is clearly a key objective for ORK.<\/p>\n<p>The data protection policy, which is the sole authoritative document, can be requested from the secretariat contact [at]okaju.lu or consulted on its website www.okaju.lu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What data is collected?<\/strong><br>Personal and electronic identification data enabling ORK, among other things, to contact them (e.g. first name, surname, address, telephone number, languages spoken).<\/p>\n<p>Data on family situation (marital status, household composition, separation, divorce)<br>Data relating to the child&#8217;s care (home, school, nursery, etc.)<br>Copies of official documents (CI, residence permits, court judgments and rulings, medical reports)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why are data used?<\/strong><br>To set up a specific file, manage or draw up an assistance or mediation measure&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who has access to the data?<\/strong><br>Data is only processed within the service.
